Roots to Rubies is a health and wellbeing practice offering personal, compassionate support for people seeking meaningful, lasting change. We focus on helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable habits, and move toward long-term vitality through thoughtful coaching and guidance.

We offer one-on-one health coaching and guided programs designed to support lifestyle-based change. Our work focuses on practical, personalised support around habits, health understanding, and day-to-day wellbeing - not quick fixes or rigid protocols.

Health coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that helps you understand your body, make sense of your health challenges, and create sustainable changes in daily life. Our role is to guide, support, and educate, not to diagnose or replace medical care.

Most of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to start with their health. They’re often tired of conflicting advice and are looking for support that feels grounded, human, and realistic.

You don’t need to be “at rock bottom”, just open to change!

No. Coaching at Roots to Rubies is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical care. We work alongside - not instead of - your healthcare providers, supporting lifestyle and wellbeing changes that complement medical guidance.

Coaching is currently offered online, allowing clients from anywhere in the world to work with us. This makes support accessible while still feeling personal and connected.

However we do in-person health seminars and workshops in and around Nelson, New Zealand. Check out our events page to learn more.

Foundations of Transformation is an online guided program designed to support sustainable lifestyle and wellbeing change. It is currently in its final stages of development and scheduled to launch soon! You can join the waitlist to be notified when enrolment opens.
