No. Coaching at Roots to Rubies is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical care. We work alongside - not instead of - your healthcare providers, supporting lifestyle and wellbeing changes that complement medical guidance.
Coaching is currently offered online, allowing clients from anywhere in the world to work with us. This makes support accessible while still feeling personal and connected.
However we do in-person health seminars and workshops in and around Nelson, New Zealand. Check out our events page to learn more.
